Plenty of Overtime hours available
Don't expect to have a social or family life on weekends if you work here, I was moved to night shift with promise of returning to day shift eventually. I was in nights for 1.5 years, basically worked every weekend and would be guilt tripped into trying to work if i wanted it off. They also run the machines at 200% speed at times which is complete - more... and utter chaos...and then still run weekends as well. In my whole 2 years of working here we did not have one maintenance worker stay longer then 2 months, and we went through 2 maintenance managers as well.
I eventually left because 2 employee ... - less
ProsEasy work, not physically hard.
ConsZero social life outside of work, Pay raises are a joke so they dont have any long term employees
