Typical factory job

Typical factory job, repetitive labour, demanding, and fast-paced. Pay is average but benefits are good. Facility is clean and climate controlled. Overall, decent job.

Poorly managed, very disorganized

Very disorganized company. Constant changing leadership and poor time management to complete tasks.Poor communication and feedback.Maintenance is it's weakest link. Constant revolving door. Absolutely no job security or loyalty for employees.As a very experienced tradesman, I would not recommend working there.

Lots of drama and favouritism. Skills not used to full potential. Overlooked. Some friendly people and helpfull. Some people not so friendly. Will put blame on others when they are the ones to blame.

Clean work environment

Compared to other manufacturing type jobs that i have worked this is a clean and relatively quiet production area. The people are mostly nice and honest. I feel like I can trust most of the people here unlike sone places I've worked before.

Overworked and underpaid

Very high passed work environment. I never received the help I needed but after I left the company they hired more help. Slap in the face. Poorly runed company. A lot of workers have been leaving here and it isn’t getting any better.
