definitely an interesting job if you like taking things apart and figuring out how things work. it definitely takes a while to get the swing of things. on the ground level with other technicians and that level of management has been a positive. the team members have all been very helpful in terms of training and ongoing troubleshooting. Never the same - more... problems to solve/fix, every day could be different. Fairly decent benefits after probation though submitting claims can be a bit needlessly complicated.
with that said, newer associate technicians are not properly compensated for whats tasked ... - less
Prosinteresting work, decent benefits
Conspoor compensation, aging workforce
