Stop treating it like a dictatorship put the employees first (district and regional management need better people skills) remove mandatory overtime. Let employees have a choice. Put safety of the employees first over production.


I left do to safety and the mandatory overtime. Also because the district and regional management don't care about their employees they only care about their money and production

The HR girl is a moron. Stupid is smart is their hiring policy. They hire people they can take advantage of


This company will continually have bad things happen to them as they have no clue how to effectively manage or about safety. take a look at their safety record. Its terrible. Stop hiring based on Stupid is Smart. Do not let the HR lady make decisions, thats a major part of the problems there.
