Mixed feelings, good place to start not a place to stay forever. The amount of work expected from you vs their pay. You'll feel on the ripped off side of things. If you have bills to pay, family to take care of.. best way to ensure you job security and wages is by brown nosing management. Only a few people will get some sort of postive reinforcement. The rest of the employees are worthless and expendable at anytime

Financial Services Manager (Former Employee) - Richmond Hill, ON
Conducted "Turnover" sessions after car purchase was completed. Reviewed sales/lease contracts with customer to ensure customer awareness on their legal and financial obligation of the contract. Recommended additional products and services available to the customer based on their needs.

Automotive Technician (Former Employee) - Richmond Hill, ON
Amazing experience working with Honda.
learned a lot about work placements and gained knowledge of the business in the automotive industry. Much more learned to take a Honda completely apart and put it back together.

Sales Consultant (Former Employee) - Richmond Hill, ON
no GM, no GSM! sales managers busy doing their own thing, sales staff bitter and hungry, chaotic/ badly managed sales operations, hostility among staff as the result of above, favouritism, conflict of "allowed" interests, and lack of involvement of the non existing upper management.
Cons
too many to list.
