Terrible place to work.
Former sales consultant. Management is very biased. Walk in are given to favorite sales consultants. Very high turnover in sales team. Only one salesman was helpful and honest at this dealership he worked here for 4 years. He's no longer here, he works for a competitor Japanese brand.
Conducted "Turnover" sessions after car purchase was completed. Reviewed sales/lease contracts with customer to ensure customer awareness on their legal and financial obligation of the contract. Recommended additional products and services available to the customer based on their needs.
no GM, no GSM! sales managers busy doing their own thing, sales staff bitter and hungry, chaotic/ badly managed sales operations, hostility among staff as the result of above, favouritism, conflict of "allowed" interests, and lack of involvement of the non existing upper management.
