A good but busy environment
It was a good work environment. The reception hours are on point however, the cashier hours can vary. If you are working in service you have to stay till the last customer comes from the shuttle service, which in winter time could mean you staying 3 hours extra.

Conducted "Turnover" sessions after car purchase was completed. Reviewed sales/lease contracts with customer to ensure customer awareness on their legal and financial obligation of the contract. Recommended additional products and services available to the customer based on their needs.
no GM, no GSM! sales managers busy doing their own thing, sales staff bitter and hungry, chaotic/ badly managed sales operations, hostility among staff as the result of above, favouritism, conflict of "allowed" interests, and lack of involvement of the non existing upper management.
