Poor management but a fun place to work for.
Sales Consultant (Former Employee) –  Richmond, BC15 November 2016
Besides dealing with walk in customers, I had to follow up be-back customers and make cold calls from phone list provided by the management. On a quiet day, I would be doing on line training in order to compete the required course for each year. Besides desking the deals, the sales managers only pay attention to making sure all customers in the car lot are taken care of. They are very unorganized with the vehicle pricing and inventories.
Pros
free lunch on Saturday
Cons
not enough days off

Great people there but need to modernize thought patterns
Sales Manager/Trainer (Current Employee) –  Richmond, BC31 May 2016
I enjoy the people that I work with, but ownership is not open to breaking the mold and getting things moving. The potential for the sales staff is not being met at all and the management is not really open to working at getting them moving as they appear to Know It All and training is put on the small scale back burner and because of this the opportunity for me to grow is limited.
Pros
Life Balance
Cons
Lack of communication turning into change
