Boiler operations/Utilities area is well run
Written by Operator (Former Employee) from Lethbridge, AB on 27 May 2018
There are several areas in the operations, and the utilities section has the best direction and leadership. Even though I was not from the group I was Open to ask anything and was always given the time and answers. The other sections in the plant do not have the same experienced boss. The other supervisors do not treat employees the same as how the - more... boiler house operators get treated from the Chief engineer,
I was not in the boiler house but could see and heard from the maintenance and other plant operators.
There is allot of overtime in the operations, the expansion of the plant will eliminat ... - less
