Flexible schedule and lots of traveling
Auditor, Team Leader (Part-time) (Current Employee) –  Winnipeg, MB29 September 2017
The work schedule is flexible as you get a new one every two weeks. But you may be required to work from 6:00 am in the morning till noon or 9:00 pm in the evening till midnight.
Lots of traveling will be involved if you agreed to travel outside the city from which decent amount of over time pay can be gained.
Pros
flexible schedule
Cons
unstable working time, lots of traveling

Team Leader (Former Employee) –  Langley, BC4 September 2017
What I loved about this job was that it was something different everyday but still the same thing. I loved the people that I worked with and my direct manager.

However I did not like the uncertainty of the job. You never knew what you were walking into, or how many staff members you would have, or if they would show up and work, or how long your shift was going to be because you stayed until it was done, regardless of how long that was. There are times that I have worked 23 days in a row without a day off, I had to work 23 hours in a row, and got 8 hours of sleep in only 4 days. The truly sad part is that we are just expected to do it, or made to feel guilty if we can not, and told that those who could not do it are weak or entitled.
Pros
massive amounts of overtime
Cons
Long hours with little time to recover in between

Amazing team and very flexible hours
Auditor, Team Leader (Current Employee) –  Halifax, NS31 January 2017
Sometimes the hours get slow, but at other times you don't go a day without work for weeks. It's easy work and you get to travel and make friends with the team.
Pros
paid hotel stay and travel.
Cons
Long hours

Sometimes it was a fun place to work
Team Leader (Former Employee) –  Vancouver Island, BC14 September 2016
Typically at work, I or whoever was in charge of the inventory would set up the equipment and then the auditors would count everything in the store. However for the person in charge there was always a lot of before and after the store was completed. The would have to download the store and the machines before the count started. Then after the count is complete they have to transmit the store to head office, which sometimes could take a long time. There was very little communication between the District Manager and the area manager and even less communication with the auditors. I loved working for RGIS, I loved going into different business's and counting all their inventory, but it wasn't for me anymore. After 8 years the love was gone.
Pros
interacting with new people
Cons
very long hours

Has it ups and downs. Flexible schedules, people are good. Management isn't great. Hours can be brutal, either early morning, or late nights

Working Life
Team Leader (Former Employee) –  Hamilton, ON17 August 2015
A typical day consist of meeting at meet spot, driving a couple hours, then working 3 to 15 hours, drive back home, and repeat. I learned to take naps, and drink lots of coffee. The management is great, and flexible. Co- workers are what make the company run, also the hardest part of your job, is to deal with them everyday. Working was the best part of my day.
Pros
Different work places each day
Cons
Your On-Call no matter what your job discription is

Everyone is Disposable
Team Leader (Former Employee) –  Oshawa, ON20 July 2015
Management just doesn't care. They follow the minimum labour law regulations and aren't afraid to break them. Travel places frequently in a cramped vehicle that is generally poorly maintained - and only get paid after the first hour of travel (minimum wage to boot). They have no problems ripping you off whenever they can to make more profit so watch your pay stubs! They employ the oddest people, mostly because the job is so simple.

The job is not for the weak of heart - you will be up and down and sitting crunched up 95% of the time. If you're not small or elderly, up the ladder you go! Is it safe? Sure. Hurry up and count.
Pros
Its a job
Cons
Travel, low-wages, unpaid breaks, hard on the body, shift, never know when you'll be getting home

Easy work enivroment, but demadnig work load.
Team Lead/Supervisor (Current Employee) –  Halifax, NS7 January 2015
The job had me working in different locations al over East Coast Canada .I worked with different people form very different walks of life. The job was demanding on hours with no set schedule on time or place. Start times and end times of the work day were never clear , which made it difficult to plan around . They were flexible with work days to a point. But due to the quick turn over rate within the company it was hard to get a clear schedule and work load.
Pros
they paid for travel and accomidations out of town
Cons
Long hours and no Set Scehdule
