Inconsistent and Negative
Inventory Auditor (Current Employee) –  Hamilton, ON14 November 2018
The Hamilton branch- 548 is such a negative place to work.

Employees are unprofessional and speak on inappropriate matters during work and in front of store staff, management is always changing, shifts are not consistent and often times shifts are cancelled.

As someone who worked there for years, I can see that the lack of training is a huge issue. You WILL NOT be trained properly before working your first shifts.

You get a half hour break every five hours, then an hour break after 10 hours. No finish time "work until it's done" is the moto.

On you're feet the whole time.

Wouldn't be a bad place if Hamilton got their stuff in order.

GOOD THING: you make your availability whatever you want
Pros
Flexible schedules
Cons
Long hours, No given end time, Negative atmosphere, Lack of Training

Very flexible part-time work, simple tasks.

Inventory Auditor (Former Employee) –  Hamilton, ON19 February 2018
I actually enjoyed the job ,it's fun lots of counting...we travelled a lot, to different cities, provinces.i learned more to be organized, accurate and interpersonal skills level up. we work lots of stores mostly at the malls.the hardest part of this job is redo your work when there's a discrepancy and theres no benefit at all. And the worst part I had is, I felt I was discriminated when I was dismissed for a reason that everyone's problem while working with this job. its a major and basic problem to all workers, "batching":(

Short & Long hours

Inventory Auditor (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON17 July 2017
RGIS is an inventory management company which has many external client for conducting their store inventory and dollar valuation & has a bunch of clients like Walmart, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sears, Old Navy and many clothing & retail stores. Their work is very simple which includes scanning of product barcodes, covering the store shelf by shelf, working with other team members & team leaders. The best thing to work with this company is that you can choose work according to your availability and is a good part time job for earning additional income. Typically shifts are 4-6 hours, carpools are available for employees, managers are very cooperative with team members and is a hassle free job.
Pros
Flexible Working Hours, Relaxed Job Environment
Cons
Working Hours very short, Very few shifts available

Traveling is fun with this company. The people are great to work with, and it's easy money for the work involved. You even get paid to travel out of town.

Not Good
Inventory Auditor (Current Employee) –  Vancouver, BC23 October 2016
A company whom takes advantage of their employees, definitely needs a union to protect inventory counters. They expect you to commute anywhere they ask you to on your own dollar. They advertise that they will pay commute pay above 1 hour but they do not. The list of complaints is honestly endless.

Great Company, Tough Supervisors
Inventory Auditor (Former Employee) –  Toronto, ON29 August 2015
Worked at the company as an Inventory Auditor for a couple months. The pay was quite good for the amount of work that was done. As well, schedules were flexible and easily complied with my life as a student. However, the supervisors were a little rigid and did not take to kindly to mistakes or inquiries. Overall, the position of Inventory Auditor is quite good, if that's the career path you want to go into.
Pros
Flexible Schedule, Pay
Cons
Supervisors

Good part time job but very unstable
Inventory Auditor (Current Employee) –  Barrie, ON28 March 2015
RGIS is great company to work for but with inventory business it is feast or famine and so hard to maintain a budget on this when one payday you will get full time salary and next payday you will be lucky to get 15 hours pay. Great part time job if going back to school but that can even be hard as some store counts can be all nighters and hard if you have class in morning.
Pros
Always some sort of work and little bit of money
Cons
Very long hours at times and on feet for 8 to 16 hours
