There are no benefits to working at RGIS, outside of getting a fantastic title that an industry looks for, you're doing a lot of work for not much of advancement or pay.

If another employer is smart, they see an Area Manager or Team Leader and try to scoop them up as soon as they can, these guys do a lot more work than District Managers and Store Managers without much compensation.

Imagine one that is paid well and happier.

I feel like its a growing company, and they'll only be more people coming into the company. If they keep up their work atmosphere and management it's only going to go uphill.
