If you were in charge, what would you do to make Rexall a better place to work?

  • Execute more sales, put displays promptly and never run out of stocks, more engage with associates and most specially with giving good customer service. Understanding what customer wants and always listen to customers and associates concern.

  • I would hope they could have more hours per week allotted for the store. Not enough people to help on floor. Management was working too many hours to get the work load done.

  • I would create incentives, as well as, acknowledge and reward personal growth. I think the hardest part about working for Rexall is that the morale is weak due to feeling like more things have been taken away from the workers than what has been given. I was the full time employee in the post office and I made a point to leave notes, treats and sometimes quick little questionnaires, or games to get to know my coworkers better and I think that is, in part, why we all worked together so well. We actually tried to understand one another; thus, appreciate one another.

  • Stick to a uniform platform. Stop switching to different useless icare or mega platforms

  • Better training, better management, no massive layoffs, better pay, better system in blister packaging and Rx filling, and so much more
