Very demanding work with little to no support from the so-called "support" office. Expectations are very high, which is fine when you have to meet the bottom line because of your owners, however, not at the expense of a person's health and well-being. They do not approve of someone's workplace stress and make them feel very incompetent and because of it you are expendable. The Residents were the main reason they are in business and they really don't care about them; it's all about the money. The front-line staff work incredibly hard and yet get very little incentives to continue to work with Revera because the budget doesn't allow for such "extravagances". Senior leaders want you to be exactly like them and not develop your own leadership style; they will find a way to get rid of you if you disagree with them. Value diversity? No way, not in this company. They have no compassion, no respect and very little integrity. It is definitely a "who you know" environment to get anywhere in this organization. Favouritism is abound. This organization got worse with the new leadership.

Very long hours, Very demanding and stressful job, on-going rollouts of programs which are usually a disaster and not well thought out, 24/7 responsibilities, No support.
