  • Resign and let mature adults take over

  • Higher wages would bring in more and better recruits.
    There are people who just want to work weekends. Hire them. I hate working weekends.

  • First of all get new management and start fresh

  • Have managers that actually support their staff and show up for work, better communication between departments, fire lazy and incompetent staff instead of keeping them on because their friends, appreciate their employees by thanking us and having staff appreciation events, give us a raise!! we're very underpaid for all the hard work we do and the stuff we have to put up with!

  • Get rid of all management and contractors for new fresh start. Especially Ancaster.

  • Walk a mile in your staff members shoes. Too much work and little pay. Poor benefits and no support.

  • Two way Communication with EVERYONE. Team building. Not the management team with the front line staff. Getting everyone comfortable with each other and when everyone feels as if they are involved in what is happening in the building. It truly makes for a healthy and extremely positive work environment.

  • Better travel time and route calculations.

    We get paided awful

    Up.our raises...teach us more ( some of us are smart and want to learn( going back to school..

    educating...up wages...there are a lot of women out there...governent gave us a 30 cent raise really...its still only a dollar 80 above min wage and are in debt 10 to 13 thousand...want amazing hard working individuals pay us equal..

    And your company will see more loyal hard-working individuals..most of us 100 % for our clients...TammyCooper PSW
