Management is no help at all and they are not there for satff concerns. The company does a huge turnover of staff and don't train properly, left with unrealistic expectations that you are NOT trained for. They often do alot of hour cutbacks with very little notice of layoffs

Unrealistic expectations of front line staff, creating unhappy families and residents, management blames everything on registered staff who have 30:1 patient ratios and increasingly complex patient assignments, hospitals pay significantly more and they actually stand up for their staff.
