Corporate culture at the HO level does not follow the company values of integrity and trust (growth and service is and afterthought). Unprofessional, lack of HO accountability, and a tremendous amount of behind closed doors manipulation and morally corrupt games to push people to leave. Constant turnover increases bottom line by saving on wages of staff resigning, leaving positions vacant and lack of staffing on sites.
The values of some of the staff do not align with those of the organization. The organizations values and vision are founded on holistic and person-centered care, respect, accountability, service, and operational excellence. The staff members that are not able to align with these values seem to be the ones that do not stay.

DO NOT waste your time!! ridiculously low pay in all departments. Head office is delusional expecting that employees will put up with constantly working short and subsequent dangerous working conditions, constant requests to work double shifts, constant denial of vacation requests. If you are thinking about applying here do yourself a huge favour and lie down until the feeling passes.
Everywhere else pays $5 more. too sad it comes to this who will pay more is where the person gonna end up.
Rotation of Hours in any company does not promote young family life. Finding daycare or child minding. The nature of medical services workers when shifts rotate.
And, the view that the grass is always greener somewhere else. Which it is not.
