Head Office Employee in Vancouver, BC
on 10 June 2021
High expectations and little recognition
The interview process was good, simple and quick. I left the interview feeling hopeful and enthusiastic about my future career with the company.I was a head office employee for over two years and I never received a raise or serious talk about advancement opportunities and/or a promotion. My work was outstanding and I decided that it was time to move on with another employer who would appreciate me and the amount and quality of work I provide.

Manager in Nanaimo, BC

Most Toxic Company l have ever worked for!
No support system whatsoever here. Managers are always back stabbing each other and gossiping with head office about other managers. Environment is very negative and Head office is not supportive. They expect you to go above and beyond for them but when you make simple mistakes they are quick to point fingers. Head office does not appreciate anyone's efforts. It's basically a money hungry company and managers leave monthly because they are overworked and unsupported. You can't even ask for help from anyone because they will immediately shame you for it. Very unsupportive environment and the company culture is just negative and terrible.

No staff rupport
Company in Monterey seniors village manage the staff poorly. They will not fight for you for a simple thing they will find fault on you and blame instead of mentoring you. It is dangerous to work in this facility.

Incredibly rewarding
I love working here. There is a truly dedicated management team who work diligently to ensure everyone’s needs are met. It’s very busy every day and as many places have, during the pandemic we have been experienced staffing shortages but from the nursing team and care staff to the housekeepers, cooks and servers, everyone is working tirelessly to ensure the residents feel little to no impact. Seeing the smiles on the residents faces makes every minute worth it. This is a great place to work and it will only get better with everyone’s continued efforts. I’m so proud to be a part of such an amazing organization.
