Really supportive place to work
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Current Employee) - Lower Mainland, BC - 1 June 2023
I really enjoy working for RANS. I’ve been with the company for about 2 years now, and see myself working with them for the foreseeable future. The management team is really supportive and any questions I have always get answered.
Pros
Flexible work schedule
Cons
Shifts can get canceled

My experience with Resource Ability has been exemplary. The management team are the best I have ever worked with, they are compassionate, empathetic, professional, respectful, supportive, this list is long. The families are wonderful to work with, as well as the other nurses we collaborate with to ensure our clients have the best quality of care. I would recommend, and have recommended this company to other nurses. I am very lucky to be part of this amazing team, and hope to be with them for a very long time.
Pros
Make your own schedule, wonderful families, amazing team, supportive management team 24/7...

I was referred from a friend who worked there. I got a call and had an interview over the phone. They did ask pretty critical thinking kind of questions which is good. They respond to emails and concerns in a timely manner and I have never felt pressure from management. They offer education and overall I like working there. The only downside is cancelled shifts when clients are in hospital
