Jobs at Resource Ability
Professional and supportive work environment
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Current Employee) - Comox Valley, BC - 5 December 2021
My experience with Resource Ability has been exemplary. The management team are the best I have ever worked with, they are compassionate, empathetic, professional, respectful, supportive, this list is long. The families are wonderful to work with, as well as the other nurses we collaborate with to ensure our clients have the best quality of care. I would recommend, and have recommended this company to other nurses. I am very lucky to be part of this amazing team, and hope to be with them for a very long time.
Pros
Make your own schedule, wonderful families, amazing team, supportive management team 24/7...
Cons
None.

Organized and compassionate
LPN (Casual) (Current Employee) - Abbotsford, BC - 19 March 2020
I was referred from a friend who worked there. I got a call and had an interview over the phone. They did ask pretty critical thinking kind of questions which is good. They respond to emails and concerns in a timely manner and I have never felt pressure from management. They offer education and overall I like working there. The only downside is cancelled shifts when clients are in hospital

I have loved working for Resource Ability! Very kind and supportive staff and management, it’s such an honour to be able to work so closely with the children/families, and you receive really helpful training! As a casual, I am grateful for pre-booked shifts upon giving my availability. Couldn’t recommend Resource Ability enough for work/life balance, great support, and fulfilling work.
