Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Comox Valley, BC

Professional and supportive work environment
My experience with Resource Ability has been exemplary. The management team are the best I have ever worked with, they are compassionate, empathetic, professional, respectful, supportive, this list is long. The families are wonderful to work with, as well as the other nurses we collaborate with to ensure our clients have the best quality of care. I would recommend, and have recommended this company to other nurses. I am very lucky to be part of this amazing team, and hope to be with them for a very long time. LPN (Casual) in Abbotsford, BC

Organized and compassionate
I was referred from a friend who worked there. I got a call and had an interview over the phone. They did ask pretty critical thinking kind of questions which is good. They respond to emails and concerns in a timely manner and I have never felt pressure from management. They offer education and overall I like working there. The only downside is cancelled shifts when clients are in hospitalRN Staff Nurse in Okanagan, BC

Supportive
I have worked with Resource Ability for 17 years. I have been supported, given additional education when required, acknowledged as having a unique body of knowledge and the work atmosphere, although difficult at times, can be fun and playful.
The pay and benefits are competitive. Issues are managed to a high degree of professionalism. I love working with this company!Registered Nurse in Okanagan, BC
