This unique culture stems from growing from a small local firm to an international one. I believe they are struggling with how to cope with the growth. For example, they try to infuse fun into the workplace (ping pong tables) but give little to no direction on how to exceed at the company (effective performance management or career plans). The growth causes some confusion as previously everyone just jumped in to get things done, but with the growth came disparate and distinct roles which weren't guided. The work itself was amazing and the customers were outstanding to work with.
