The mill gets a bad rap, but really it’s not that bad of a place to work. Most departments are 4 on 4 off schedule, so lots of time away from work. There was also a lot of opportunity for OT. Payment was fair.

the day starts with shop talk and safety then we get our work orders to do our jobs routine inspections of the plant to make sure everything run smooth listen for different noises of pumps or motors and conveyors or up to specks anything wrong make a report and take appropriate action to get the job done in a safe and timely manner being that is is - more...
