Company does not know how to operate effectively

Repsol (Madrid) has been predominantly third party non-operated and does not know how operate effectively but is arrogant enough to force their ways. There is no dialogue, only one-way orders from the top which are often not applicable, not realistic, no support provided, no discussion on manpower requirements or workload prioritization. The only positive was a having a job during tough industry times but annual layoffs continue and jobs continue to be outsourced to Madrid so that won't last long.
