All that means that is there a lot of flexibility provided that you are being honest and put in the hours you are supposed to do. That talks to the trust that management put into its employees.

RepRisk's newest subsidiary RepRisk NorthAmerica started in September 2017 and is currently working off co-working space Brightlane on King Street in Toronto. The company has still a bit a start-up feel, although it does benefit from the mature processes of the mother company. The fun, dynamic and diverse team includes staff from Operations and Sales and is looking to expand. The work atmosphere is supportive, feedback is appreciated and followed up upon, and one can sense that the staff shares a passion for the work they do.
