Productive and Fun work environment with ergonomic desks and open concept work stations

Workplace culture is very personable and positive. Everyone always says 'Hi' or 'Good morning', and always with a smile! The company also provides free food/snacks which is such a great bonus.

Everyone is professional and has the right attitude to make working together a great experience. A good balance of professional work ethic and joy.

My background in construction gave me a good start but there was and is so much more to learn. Being with Reotech has given me access to the information, resources, and mentors needed to excel in construction. I started with little experience and have grown a lot in the last few years and the company has made good on all their promises with regards to educating, advancement and pay increase.
