They really do try hard to meet diverse needs while working within limits imposed from outside of their control. Not rating as 5 as they are quick to jump on the band wagon with new initiatives/technology and it feels like we work out the kinks to the benefit of boards who may buy in a little later. Good employer
Worked for them as a teacher. The organization is typical for most school boards. They treat people fairly within the bounds of the collective agreement. No complaints.

A positive environment. Very lucky to have competent Administration.
A great place to work! Supportive co-workers and great, hard working students. As with all of Ontario Teachers - Teachers are protected from harassment and bullying from Administration.
