They really do try hard to meet diverse needs while working within limits imposed from outside of their control. Not rating as 5 as they are quick to jump on the band wagon with new initiatives/technology and it feels like we work out the kinks to the benefit of boards who may buy in a little later. This board offers no jobs. They have measures in place to cut back on hiring, eject teachers from the board, and offer zero job security. Annual redundancy is about 50% of the board's employees.
