Pharmacy Assistant (Former Employee) – Aurora, ON – 5 July 2017
First of all, the Operation Manager is doing such an extremely bad job, lack of organisation skill(many good employee quite because of him), doesn't know to provide good service, meet the expectation, and needs of their customer. He doesn't qualify to be an Operation Manager in my opinion. On the other hand, people that works there are very friendly and well trained. They desires more respect and better pay.
In term of the working area, it is not as clean as a Pharmacy should be. The washroom smells very bad, and the kitchen floor fills with ants all the time.
Overall, this place is a good learning start but, not for a long term employment.
Pharmacy Assistant (Former Employee) – Calgary, AB – 25 May 2017
Workplace is toxic and management is really horrible. Both Regional manager and store manager don't care and consider their employees. (Management when I first started was way better) Workplace itself is toxic and the other employees don't know what they are doing. Place is a complete mess and full of mistakes. Techs and assistants are treated poorly, unless you're a pharmacist you're treated a bit better.
Horrible Horrible management, Stressful and toxic workplace
Accounts Receivable and Pharmacy Assistant (Former Employee) – Sidney, BC – 5 May 2017
Great little speciality pharmacy with nursing home patients as well as walk-in patients. I was doing accounts receivable and would send bills monthly to nursing home patients for medications that weren't covered by msp. I would ensure special authorities were applied for by the doctors we worked with outside the office. Dealt with POA's more often than patients directly
big corporation, gives more work and no incentive or thanks for a job well done
Pharmacy Assistant (Former Employee) – Windsor, ON – 3 April 2017
This is an aweful place to work. There is a lot of favoritism. Overworked and raises suck. This company does not value their employees and family life. Even head office if you place a complaint with them they will not do anything about it. Very unprofessional.
Assistant (Former Employee) – Aurora, ON – 2 August 2016
Do not be swayed by the one star reviewer. How much credibility can you have if you can’t even bother to spell check? Likely indicative of his working habits, thus the frustration. Remedys is overall pretty good. Hours are sometimes unpredictable but this is a pharmacy and they deal in people’s medications (most of them elderly). Salary is standard, not great but not terrible either. Management is great, always accommodating and patient.

Registered Nurse (Current Employee) – Markham, ON – 29 March 2016
Great place to work travel extensive but rewarding especially with safety for Senior medication management. Great job if you want to know the province and experience different subcultures within the province of Ontario.
