2 tier contract, pre 2012 employees get anything they want All management want you to do is sell new equipment, protection plans etc If targets are not met you get singled out and put on a performance improvement plan, just to put more pressure on you to sell they don't care if you can fix the problem, they want sales men not service techs

High Pressure Sales !

All Reliance Cares about are SALES ! They will pull you into the Office and threaten to Fire you if you Do NOT bring in enough monthly HVAC Leads.You are CONSTANTLY Under a Very Fine Microscope in this Company !You are NOT Rewarded for being a Good Technician. Technicians Lie to customers in Order to SELL Furnaces and AC's !

Avoid them with a ten foot pole

A brutal company that doe not respect or care for its people. Bullying and discrimination run rampant throughout the company. Upper management exhibit poor and unethical behaviour.

Terrible

Don't fix just sell. Management literally said that. Managers will screw you over to benefit themselves. There is a lot of great techs though so it's sad that they get a bad rep.

Great place to make money

It is a fantastic place to work with a great opportunity to make money. With excellent sales training and management, I definitely recommend Windsor Reliance Home Comfort as a place to work.

Great company

It is a great place to work in sales. If you are good in selling and work hard then you can make very nice money here. Company provides great benefits and training.

Terrible Place

The worst place to work ever. They are terrible to their employees. Other sales people harrass the new sales people and nothing is done. The few sales people that have been there for a while are so greedy.

Very de-motivating, negative and disfunctional

In the HVAC Sales position, they feed only the top producer and the top producer is only the top producer because she is fed. Sales manager is terrible. No communication between departments. Do not plan on making any money. It's 100% commission and no compansation for gas or mileage. You drive to appointments made by call center in TO, and no one is home when you arrive or they are not expecting a quote they think you are there for service.

Job was easy after experience.

Service and installation of all types of Domestic hot water heaters. I needed to manage and organize my time and insure I had adeqate parts to complete repairs as I was the weekend person when major wholesale suppliers were closed. The hardest part of the job was dealing with irate customers who had been without hot water for days at a time when the repair was very simple. The management was not helpfull at all with the exception of 1 individual.

4 days on-3 days off-able to self organize jobs and route. good pay

lack of feedback, no company inventory of parts
