Challenging environment with opportunity for growth
During my time as an LPN there were many opportunities to grow. The great thing about working at Rejuv is the overall environment which allowed me to grow and enhance my skills as an LPN. One critique would be the very fast pace of the clinic on certain days which puts pressure for us to stay on time. Overall the work was very rewarding and I would recommend this employer.

Fun Work Environment!
Rejuv offers so many opportunities and is such a fun place to work! The team is awesome and management is always willing to lend a helping hand or is there to listen to any issues you may have. There is so much to learn and everyone is always willing to help each other out. There are so many opportunities here to advance in your career and continuously learn from the best!

Management is lacking in all aspect.
Rejuvenation’s culture is textbook definition of toxic. The “management” has got to be the worst I have ever experienced in my career. Protocols, patient care and basic health measures are the lowest in any clinic setting by far just to save money. Career advancement is non existent and hours get cut regularly regardless if you were hired full time or not. The doctors are nice but either they don’t have a backbone to stand on or simply don’t care enough to notice the working environment around them. I do believe this company has some potential but the management team is a testament alone of proof to the ever revolving door of new hires and staff that do not stay for long. If you are looking for short term before jumping ship like all the other good employees then maybe sign on with them but keep applying elsewhere until a better employer comes along. Rejuvenation is definitely not suitable for long term minded employees.

Do not recommend
This company tried to appear as though they have a “business model” or corporate-like positions, however none of the staff that have these positions hold an actual degree that would suit the position. Therefore, the result being consistent turn over, young/inexperienced staff, and the inability to manage a business properly. This company will hire good nurses, uses them, and then fires them because they really do not want to pay fair nursing wages. I highly suggest not working with Rejuvenation. Use your education and the money that you put into your education elsewhere for experience. You deserve better. The doctors are not bad people and they are quite good. They just need to be more involved with the business and really learn how to “run” the business as opposed to leaving it up to others.

Great Doctors but terrible management and HR
Enjoyed the Doctors and they kindness towards staff, happy to explain conditions and help when needed. MOA team was very caddy and had poor leadership. Management was terrible and HR did not seem to resolve problems. Would not recommend working here.
