Great place to learn and grow
I started here with no derm experience what so ever. The doctors are all extreamly down to earth people that you can joke around with. I get fomo when I miss a day of work because of how much the environment feels like a family. The company has definitely had its large bumps in the road, but it was recognized and smoothened out. They take action when needed.Overall, great place to learn new skil...

Horrible place to work
Nurses are overworked, under appreciated and under paid. Management is awful and does not care about your concerns. Wage is extremely low for the amount of work you do. Scheduling is also very disorganized. Very hard to get time off during the summer.

Most unprofessional and irresponsible place I have ever worked
If you thought high school was full of drama… you haven’t seen or heard anything until working here. Management is so unprofessional and no proper training. Everyone is quick to throw each other under the bus and was overall a terrible environment

Management is unprofessional and unorganized
The work itself is draining and no one was on the same page on how to perform tasks. Managers don't encourage asking questions and definitely have favorites. Was treated so poorly by managers I am traumatized.
