Very down-to-earth family run company. Not too top heavy (I've worked for another company of similar size where executive team was overbearing - not the case here). Exceptionally approachable, responsive, and caring president. A general feeling of cooperation among most of the staff. It's busy, but the weight is fairly equally spread across all full time staff, so there's a good sense of camaraderie. Other benefits include Kindness in Action Days (you get paid to volunteer at a charity of your choice on a typical work day, as long as you volunteer another day during a weekend or day off on your own time), Health & Wellness Dollars (a generous amount each year to spend on gym membership, fitness/sports equipment, or other health products/services), good benefits & RRSP matching program, personal days that are paid out if not used by the end of the calendar year (great incentive), and almost a full week off between Christmas and New Years.
