Implementation of culture awareness.
Fix the toxic culture at Central. It was the only thing that made me decide to leave, but it impacted my life so heavily that I did leave. Everybody just thinks management is out to get them, and are just super cynical about it all the time. People don't have fun and care about each other as much as in the branches.
This might not sound all that related, but I think a building renovation to make the place look as cheerful and modern as the branches would do wonders. Add some colour and LOTS of natural light! Get those criss-crossy bars off the windows upstairs, and please don't neglect to bring the basement offices, staff room and washrooms out of the 1960s and into the 21st century!
