Heavy Equipment Technician (Current Employee) – Swift Current, SK – 4 October 2018
Would like to stay anonymous. I work at the Swift Current location . Making a move from my home Country to Canada was a big decision and was very difficult, but i felt right at home from day one at Redhead in Swift.
Never have i worked with a group of people as nice as this and i wouldn't trade this job for any other !!
Service managers actually listen to concerns and they care, one thing they know is that Family comes before work and that's something you cant say about other companies!!
Flexible hours, awesome benefits, competent employees and just an overall friendly environment!

Parts Person (Former Employee) – Saskatoon – 10 February 2015
I was hired to work at the front counter in the Parts Dept. I had 15 years experience in parts. Parts Manager decided to take an inexperience warehouse worker with no parts or customer service experience and put him at the front counter and transferred me to the warehouse where I had no experience and ended up injuring myself. After that I was left injured and unemployed with no benefits except for EI.
Journeyman Technician (field service) (Former Employee) – Lloydminster, SK – 27 October 2014
Unorganized management that would rather belittle employees than get the tasks completed. Management often used would often raise voices to get a point across instead of a proper discussion to be constructive about the situation at hand.
