Sometimes they make you work 4hrs a week which is completely illegal. The Canadian Ministry of Labor should look into this workplace because how they handle and provide hours are sometimes illegal. They take advantage of international students and younger workers in general because they know that most of them dont know their labor rights.

When starting off, I got around 5 hours a day, sometimes 4 and sometimes 6 hours. I worked there all summer and not one 8 hour shift, but if you want more hours they usually do their best to give it to you.

Being more considerate to employees and creating a healthier culture. Don't just care about your profits and sales but rather the people who build the company up and work under you. Also being a franchise rather than a chain. I personally think that accounts for most of thee concerns employees have.
