For my location they just asked what your future goals were, availability, company trivia, and if you have tried any of their drinks. Just look up common interview questions and you’ll do fine!
Sometimes they make you work 4hrs a week which is completely illegal. The Canadian Ministry of Labor should look into this workplace because how they handle and provide hours are sometimes illegal. They take advantage of international students and younger workers in general because they know that most of them dont know their labor rights.
There was no interview to get the job. Though to apply, I simply handed in my resume in online through email and I received a call back within 2 weeks.
What would you suggest Real Fruit Bubble Tea management do to prevent others from leaving?
No tips. The company expands too fast that they neglected the front line and only care about new stores
When starting off, I got around 5 hours a day, sometimes 4 and sometimes 6 hours. I worked there all summer and not one 8 hour shift, but if you want more hours they usually do their best to give it to you.
The work environment is extremely fast paced and routine. One must be able to know what to do and when to do it at all times to avoid standing around doing nothing. There is always something to do at Real Fruit.
