A great place to work and management is great. The environment and culture at RECO is good. I developed and learned many skills through my role at RECO.

not horrible but not great
administrative (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON4 January 2019
Generally employees at RECO work hard, however we are under-paid in my opinion especially given how much work is required of us. Management often make decisions without consultation or providing even a heads' up. Often find out org changes may be coming through rumors.
Cons
not centrally located
