Horrible work load. Way too much for one person. If you enjoy being overworked and stressed then go for it. Left after a few weeks. Expect too much from you.

Professional Work Environment

There are many supports available at the brokerage but you need to proactively engage with them, otherwise you’re on your own. No leads ever passed on to sales repa. Overall a friendly and professional work environment that allows for autonomy while also having available supports to opt into as needed. Great management team.

What is the best part of working at the company?Can't think of one, they overcharged for everything & the culture was extremely toxicWhat is the most stressful part about working at the company?All their resources are extremely hard to access. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Toxic & male centric. It is very uncomfortable to be a woman. A lot of the employees are having affairs with each other and the boss does not seem to care. What is a typical day like for you at the company?The receptionists are not knowledgeable, the staff is untrained in anything other than being a realtor: they have 1 person training the whole office & if they are busy I just have to wait. It made me incredibly tech savvy because I constantly had to search the information elsewhere

Great Management

Super responsive front desk. Commission payouts can be occasionally delayed, but they claim they haven't received the funds from the other brokerage which seems weird but may be the problem. Good commission splits with the brokerage

Fast paced Environment

People & staff are very friendly and help make the job enjoyable. Environment is very past paced and productive. Everyone is very motivated and enthusiastic as realtors are people and goal oriented. Pay is a bit questionable for the amount of work and time you invest in this position. There are also no benefits.

So much support from all departments, not to mention about the epic trainings & opportunities with diversity experiences I had working under Remax brand over 25 years. What is the most stressful part about working at the company?No stress with the company, realtors are independent contractors. We are all accountable for ourselves. What is the work environment and culture like at the company?Like one big family, there’s always support there whenever needed. ReMax is an international company, conventions take places global all year round. Being able to meet agents all over the world & to share our knowledge / working system to learn different ways of operation has been eye opener. Friends I made along the way have enriched my life, I truly cherished & appreciated their friendship that continues after my retirement. Good money - after five years

Great income but minimum 6 days a week and office expenses are high even though the branding does draw clients to you - some brokers aren’t there to guide you but simply want a paying body in the office while others are fantastic

Overworked, Underpaid.

The team I was on was the typical fast-paced work environment with excessive workload, which led to burnout and poor work-life balance often working well past required times. The compensation package was inadequate for the demands of the job, team dynamic was terrible with your "untouchable agents" who were always favored over others, high turnaround on that team for sure (cannot speak for all of escarpment)
