I was interviewed by the HR Manager and a Supervisor, they made me feel comfortable and not as nervous as I was in the beginning
Easy, and just like any other interview
My first interview was with the HR Manager and second interview was with the General Manager. Both gave a realistic preview of what the job would be like, and asked questions to understand how my prior school/work experiences would relate to the position if I was hired. Both interviews were good experiences, and I heard back from them fairly quickly (rather than some places that keep you waiting for a long time). It's good to come prepared with any questions you have about the role/company so you can gauge if it's the right fit for you
The interview process gives an equal chance for Realtora to ask questions and decide if this is the company they want to be part of. The Manager gives as much information as possible to the prospect to ensure the person makes a wise choice, all the while ensuring they will be a good fit with the Office Culture.
I am not familiar to that area
