Working with agents to express their character.
Photographer/Marketing (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON23 October 2017
Taking photos of homes and apartments requires knowledge of the spaces and making the most of practical lighting. Simple editing techniques on photoshop created a sense of unity among the photos chosen for display.
Short interview-style video edits allowed the agent to define their business through their personal identity and character.

Horrible Management
Office Administrator (Former Employee) –  Whitby, ON13 October 2017
Management does not care about their employees. Very biased company and have employee favorites. Not professional or ethical in certain matters. Management is horrible at communicating with employees face to face; all done behind a computer and never interact in person

Real Estate Sales Person
Licensed Part Time Realtor (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON30 August 2017
On a daily basis, you have to find clients and implement all sorts of marketing plans to find leads. I would say that's the hardest part.

Some days consist of showings and meeting with realtors to negotiate for properties.

The management is amazing for Re/Max and make work easier for realtors. The culture is okay since most people work from home which is beneficial but also has its disadvantages such as not going out on the field all the time.

The most enjoyable part of this job is meeting people of different cultures and backgrounds.
