Good Company, Weak Management
Good company to work for in Canada but weak management in Alberta. Hours are ok but manageable. Salary is small for the industry. Benefits ok but always changing.
Pros

Good people, tough hours and very high expectations.
As a Branch Manager expect to work serious hours to maintain and grow your Branch and Team. There are many opportunities within the Bank however if you are an average employee starting out only professional development and hard hard work will get you any opportunities for advancement.
Pros
Fair Salary and Benefits package
Cons
Extemely long work days if you expect to advance in Branch Management or beyond

RBC... really bad company
Toxic environment. Higher level management is the worst. Do not apply for a job with RBC in this area. Your role is teller 99 percent of the time. Salary not bad. Benefits not bad. No advancement if you came from outside RBC.
