High stress and as a result high turnover or sick leave. Disconnect between employment demands and management. salary has not kept up with increased workloads and demands put on employees who are usually understaffed.
RBC truly cares about its employees, and provides a multitude of fun activities inside and outside of the office to keep everyone entertained and involved. Life at the office is enjoyable, although the work can be tedious.
