Big company, politics and sift skills needed, room to grow but slow
Client Advisor (Part-time) (Current Employee) –  Richmond Hill, ON22 July 2019
Big company, politics and sift skills needed, room to grow but slow. You have to be active to prove your abilities for growth. Some are very jealous and you have to watch your back and no conflict with anyone.
Pros
Big opportunity
Cons
Slow growth

Credit card advisor (Former Employee) –  Montréal, QC19 July 2019
Horrible place to work at. Too much stress and the salary is too little compared to the pressure you’re put through. Management is horrible they always find something you need to do better, never satisfied. They micro manage you so bad, every minute counts, you have to give the best client experience and solve their problem while asking them about them and offering sells to them all that under 4mins. They only care about stats. Everyone is nice in the beginning and they are pretending it’s not a sale focused job or how they call them “solutions”, but once you hit the floor you realize it was all a lie. They don’t care about the client unless he has money and they don’t care about their employees. It will drive to depression, avoid at all costs
Pros
Coworkers
Cons
Everything
