Good Stepping Stone
Administrative Assistant (Former Employee) –  Ottawa, ON10 January 2018
The more I applied myself, the less interesting it became. However, it was very rewarding at first and can be seen as a great opportunity. At the end of the day it wasn't exactly what I wanted to do. But my co-workers loved their jobs and the environment was definitely much better than I expected.

The company overall is a great company to work at, other than at the call center. People is the best part of the job. Management at the call centers are lazy and not very supportive.

Do not care about people
Account transfers agent (Former Employee) –  MontrĂ©al, QC15 June 2019
Technology is taking over, people are being valued less and less. No real opportunities for growth and moving up the corporate ladder. Lots of nepotism.
