• Prepare and Manage Cheques to be mailed to Clients
• Mail sorting and scanning data entry upload document Created Purolator Labels
• Backup reports for clients Cheques
• Photocopy original Cheques, input in the system, and mailed the cheques to clients.

Most of the team members were very friendly and very helpful

I learnt to create new cheques to send to clients very interesting.

Management very poor

Was ok well the training part was not very efficient.

Hardest part when proper tools are not supplied.

When I understood the system of how the cheques are mailed to the clients.

Enjoyable and opportunity to learn new stuffs each day.
Awesome work environment, supportive nature of team you don't need to worry if you want to ask anything from anyone, each and every members of the management are very nice.
You can learn various things when you work in such a good work place and if a person enthusiastic towards their work they never get bored.
To be very honest , the hardest part of the job is to sit for a long hours but when you focus towards your speed and accuracy then your hardest part of the job become enjoyable.
Pros
supportive staff
Cons
long sitting hours

Disgusting
Fraud Agent (Former Employee) –  North York, ON14 June 2019
Awful place to work. Hired on and was to receive 9 weeks training they decided to cut to 3 days and had us take live calls in classroom. I was only one let go and they kept ones who barely spoke English, who arrived late and struggled with the job. Guess that tells you. Immigrants take our jobs...
