RBC Employee Review

Good stepping stone to the financial world

Good benefits, less pay than other other OFI’s, great place to start your career and using it to your advantage to move companies. Managers are okay at the lower level but get better as you move up.

I have worked at RBC for decades. It has been a roller coaster

When I started it was definitely a good old boy's attitude. While that has changed it still makes a difference who you know or whose elbows you rub. Ageism. Is alive and well. Management is in consistent ,going from great to poor. I could say so much more. But chose to take a high road. Unless you can advocate for yourself , do not work for RBC
