Manager, - Corporate Security Management (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON13 June 2019
The company has great benefits and will pay their employees well if they excel. Minimal room for career advancement. Constant change and minimal staff make it difficult to achieve goals.

busy day at work
Operations Officer (Current Employee) –  Toronto, ON6 June 2019
We start by checking our emails for any escalations we should prioritize. Once that's completed, we go to an application to get more investigation requests. Some request can take 5-10 mins to complete, some can take a few hours. Depending on the issue and what client is requesting. We have to reach certain goal per day to stay within the hurdle.
Pros
flexible hours
Cons
wish pay was higher
