Screening phone interview with recruiter lasts about 10-15 minutes, and was mostly a get to know you type thing. A bit about yourself and your goals, and ask you what you know about the position. After that they may instantly book you for a second phone interview a few days later or contact you later. The second phone interview with the same recruiter took 30-40 minutes, and was mostly behavior based questions and a little bit about sales background. I was given the chance to ask questions if I wanted, and at the end of the interview I was booked for an in-branch interview. The whole process so far has been quite pleasant, and the recruiter was very polite and understanding, easy to talk to, and even gave me some tips to go into the in person interview with.
