Screening phone interview with recruiter lasts about 10-15 minutes, and was mostly a get to know you type thing. A bit about yourself and your goals, and ask you what you know about the position. After that they may instantly book you for a second phone interview a few days later or contact you later. The second phone interview with the same recruiter took 30-40 minutes, and was mostly behavior based questions and a little bit about sales background.
