Managers and Supervisors of Rassaun Services set clear expectations from the beginning. If there are issues with an employee's performance, safety, quality etc. then appropriate conversations are had. Performance Reviews are delivered by an employee's direct supervisor after they have been reviewed by division managers. The Performance Reviews also include a component where the employee can provide their own ratings, comments and feedback.
They are straight forward and don't beat around the bush. Just do your work safely and to there standards.
