Managers and Supervisors of Rassaun Services set clear expectations from the beginning. If there are issues with an employee's performance, safety, quality etc. then appropriate conversations are had. Performance Reviews are delivered by an employee's direct supervisor after they have been reviewed by division managers. The Performance Reviews also include a component where the employee can provide their own ratings, comments and feedback.
The stresses vary depending on what the person's position is within the company, where you are working ie. different customers, different job environments, etc. At Rassaun we encourage all employees to maintain open lines of communication with their supervisor, division Manager and HR and the company will try and provide the necessary support/tools to help any employee with their job duties.

The length of the interview process depends on the position you have applied for. Typically, Resumes are screened by HR, sent to the. Division Manager for review, interview (and weld/piping test) scheduled and conducted, references checked, offer presented. After an offer is accepted information for your first day is sent. First day is orientation which entails paperwork and going over safety documentation, policies, hazard assessment, etc. then you are assigned to your work location.
The interview process consists of meeting with HR, the division manager and possibly a direct supervisor depending on the position and scheduling. A second interview will be scheduled with the managing partners of the business and references checked.
